Xinyuan has currently two advanced production lines, one of which is hot filling line and the other is carbonic acid line, with annual production volume of forty thousand tons. All equipments in the production line are imported equipments and auxiliary equipments are also joint-venture products of famous brands, which ensure product quality effectively.

Carbonic acid production line
The whole line was provided by British CBI company, including KETTNER Depalletiser & Pallet Magazine, FUJI Shrink Sleeve Equipment, SABA Bottle Rinser, O & H Bottle Filler / ZALKIN Capper, 32 head STORK Bottle Filler, MOJONIER Flo-Mix Propoortioner, CBI Flash Pasteuriser and CIP Set, HEUFT basic Full Container Checks, KRONES Prontomatic Labeller, ZAMBELL Shrink-wrapping Machine, KETTNER Case Erector & Case Sealer, VIDEOJET Excel series 170i printer, MARSH Patrion plus Printer, etc., which can produce glass bottled carbonic acid and non carbonic acid with approx. 200 ML ~ 1000 ML volume. Through reconstruction and addition of equipments in the future, our company will be able to produce products of more varieties and various specifications, such as PET bottled carbonic acid drink and PET bottled liquid nitrogen etc.

Hot filling production line
The whole line was provided by Australian AVE company, including SPLATTS Depallatiser, SPLATTS Bottle Riner, 30 head AVE Filler, 8 head AVE Capper, ZALKIN Capper ( caps 28 ts ropp), WHITE CAP VB Capper, Hipex Tube Pasteuriser Heat Exchanger ( Temperature 135°C~140°C), AVE Cooler /Warmer tunnel, WHITE Cap Universal Package Tester, ALTA Cardboard Box Forming Machine and ALTA Packing Machine, VIDEOJET Excel series Printer, bottle Sterilization Conveyer, SPLATTS Case Sealer, Electronic Weight, etc. Auxiliary equipments include INGERSOLL-RAND Compressor and Refrigerated air dryer, HITACHI Chillers, YORK Air cooled – chillers, JM Boiler etc.

The two sets of reverse osmosis water treatment system of the company supply the process water, which effectively eliminates ion, organism, suspended solids and impurities in tap water and provide strong assurance for producing high quality products. The hot filling workshop reaches ten thousand level after the high efficiency filter supplies air to it, so it can fill all kinds of neutral, acid and alkaline drinks. Equipments in the blending workshop was designed, supplied, installed and tested by APV, which has reasonable layout and advanced technology, including such systems as melting sugar (auxiliary material), steaming, filtering (diatomite filter), storing and blending, CIP (acid, alkali and hot water) etc., and can produce all kinds of carbonic acid, juice and tea drinks.

In addition, our company has also got quite advanced testing approaches, and possesses WATERS HPLC, MILLI-Q Academic, DMA 38 Density meter, SHIMADZU UV-1601 (PC), AND Electronic balance, AMLAB Osmometer Automatic, Waters HPLC C, ATAGO Refractometer, PAAR Secure Seal Tester, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Cooled Incubator etc.
